R.Madhavan is famous actor,but after watching the I get to know,that he is a very good speaker. In his inspirational speech Madhavan said that opportunity with right preparation gives u success. At that point where they both meet we will get success. If your not prepared for the opportunity you got u should just grab the chance work for it. Speaking is very important for a person to succeed in his/her life and for speaking correct vocabulary is important . when u develop your vocabulary you can speak more effectively .And nothing is impossible in any point of our life .

R.Madhavan is a famous actor.But after watching the video I get to know that he is a very good speaker . Madhavan mentioned that when preparation comes with opportunity,the point when they meet,the person will get success. When we want something very badly we should come out of our comfort zone and work for it. Nothing is impossible in any point of our life. And speaking is also very important in a person's life to succeed. And for speaking, proper vocabulary is important. When our speaking includes proper Vocabulary our speech turns more effective. Madhavan also mentioned some Etiquettes to be followed when we present ourself. like body language and how to shake hands,etc.

Madhavan is fantastic actor!!! I liked the way he explained to impress delegate in an interview!! He explained how to represent our selves !! In such way that how to shake hands with others ! And to learn dinning manners and he is a such motivational speaker that some of the lines which I thoroughly got connected was "NOBODY CAN STOP ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS" his speech inspired me a lot and I conclude my opinion by his speech was every one should perfect in their selected professions

I'm one of those who got inspired by Mr.R Madhavan speech.He has given some of the very important and valuable points that are to be followed by every student.
One of the best line in his speech is that nothing is impossible. Strong determination must be there on your goal. He also mentioned that it is not about the place where we come from,it is about the good manners, etiquettes and good behavior that we have. He explained that opportunities come to you and we have to give our best in them. There is no point getting an opportunity and being not able to grab it. Good manners can help you get opportunities.
Situational awareness is another important aspects that he mentioned.
It is important to know what is happening around you and act accordingly. Being prepared to face any kind of situation or opportunity helps in achieveing success. This also makes you confident enough. We must be courteous and well mannered.
English communication skills, vocabulary are most important. These help in getting a good and respectful job.
He has mentioned a very good point that when you know that it is your passion,you have to think,breath,eat that passion.
Presenting ourselves properly in front of people is a must. Some etiquettes are to be followed by every student in his life. Be it shaking hands, talking over phone,dining and dressing etiquettes etc. He told that group discussions and public speaking are necessary. They help us in presenting ourselves in front of people. They build confidence in you. You should be able to connect and grab the attention of the audience your speaking to.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE VALUABLE POINTS THAT I COULD CATCH IN MR. MADHAVAN SPEECH:
1.) Nothing is impossible: u could be bigger than u think e.g: rajamouli making the best movie and becoming the best director.
2.) The right preparation: u need situational awarness, this helps u to be aware of everything around u.for example: the good manners such as good morning, good afternoon .being a well-mannered person gives u a ton of opportunities.
3.) U have to excel in the job u are doing : U have to breathe sleep and eat that profession. if u don't do that then u are not doing a good job and that job isn't the one for u
4.) Etiquettes: etiquettes are very important while presenting yourself. if u have a passion to be bigger then your previous self, u have to follow these etiquettes.such as, how to shake a hand, how to speak, dining etiquettes, etc.
5.) Public speaking and group discussion skills are very valuable. while public speaking u have to connect with the audience and have that confidence. public speaking and group discussion is also valuable while scoring placements in companies. it is so easy that it can be learned in 15 minutes

R.Madhavan was invited to GR Damodaram academy of management in Coimbatore ,Tamil Nadu to have a informational and inspirational speech to the students.He delivered a heartwarming speech about his personal and professional journey.He mainly covered the subjects like situational awareness among others, over coming obstacles in life and following the things to achieve our dreams.There was a line which he spoke in his speech, which was connected a lot to me was "You could live the life you want and for that you need to work accordingly and push your self to get out of your comfort zone".This line was Soo true that if once we come out of our comfort zone then only we will face difficulties in life and once we overcome them then no body can stop us from achieving our goals.There were many important things which he mentioned in his speech were like how to behave with other's and how important is to get good grip on English language or the fluency in speaking in English because speaking or communicating in English is the major key for each and every student to get a good job and to rise in his/her carrier further.He also told us that certain etiquettes which we have to follow while we are presenting ourselves like how to shake hand,how to speak,etc.This speech was effective because of some aspects like his fluency, vocabulary and pronunciation in English and the way he used his life experiences in his speech.And finally I conclude by saying that his speech was very inspirable as well as informative.

Madhavan is quiet known person to all of us. He gave a motivational speech to all the youngsters like me and all of you guys.
His speech is mainly on how you should be aware of situations around you. He he says that at no point our life is impossible because the word itself says I am possible. His speech includes that we think right oppurtunities require right preparation but it's false we should always be prepared for all the situations in life. There is synergy between opportunity and preparation and that's situational awareness. For this he gives an example of army. He mentions about etiquettes.
He mentions about body language.he mentions about English language fluency. How able you are to communicate with others help u to come up in life. We should always excel in the job we are doing whether it's small or big job. He especially says for all the engineers that without communication skills and proper knowledge they can't click easily. We generally have to follow certain rules while you are representing some thing or representing your self. He says how to shake hand, how to speak , dining etc.. He says "Think big that's the way how you become big".
He justified this statement by giving an example of rajmouli. His speech will teach people a lot of things. His speech is an inspirational speech and quite informative.

Madhavan as we know him as a famous actor , today I got to know he's a good speaker too . He literally motivated every one of us by explaining the way we need to present ourself , the way we need to be passionate. Everyone of us if we are having low days we think that we don't have any good opportunity to do anything . But from this video we've known that every opportunity is like a gift to us and we shall make it worth .
He also mentioned about the etiquettes to be followed . We all have so much to express but we don't have words to put that together . They way he inspired us is mainly a true inspiration to our engineers and I hope everyone who went through the video may understand.
I would like to conclude by saying that all of us who watched the video should behave as per he instructed wherever necessary and hope we'll follow !

Some of the main aspects of MR. Madhavan speech which I felt very inspirational are here:
Firstly he said about situational awareness which is very important in our daily life. We need to be aware of what is happening around us and then act accordingly. He gave an example of an army in this regard.
Next he mentioned about good manners which is a key of success for every person. He said that we can grab opportunities with our manners but not with our ability which I felt was very much true. Children should be taught good manners from young age which represents their personality.
He says that whatever we do, we need to do it out of passion ,but not for the sake of doing it. We must give our 100% efforts and put our heart and soul for what we are working. This gives us better results.
"U have to think, eat, breathe, and sleep the profession"-I felt this statement very inspiring.
He also said about etiquettes which are very important while presenting ourselves. We should know how to shake hands, how to speak in public, dining etiquettes etc. Public speaking and group discussion plays a vital role in every students life as it is a step to get a good job and lead a better life. As we all know that Mr. Madhavan is a well known person to all of us.
Here, in his speech he says that every thing is possible in the life.His words made me to think that if we have a passion to do then we'll be focused to that particular thing only.There's another line which captured me is Success meets when opportunities and right preparation happens at a time. In his continues speech there's an important word called situational awareness, which helps us to be in a good position. Situational awareness includes wishing elders, parents, helping those who are in need.
We taste the success when we need it badly.He also says that, the way we are passionate, that Passion should be clearly observed in breathing, eating and every moment in our daily life. I also learned to behave in a polite manner.Another major thing that i observed in this speech is that not only academics, but also English communication skills plays a vital role in getting a job. In this speech he mainly covered subjects like situational awareness, to achieve extraordinary things in life & many others.
Many of the lines which he spoke inspired me a lot.Few of them are as follows:
"Success is when the right opportunity meets the right preparation. You can have the right preparation being an engineer that you wanted to be". He is true. If we have right opportunity & if we don't have right preparation it is useless and vice-versa.
I learnt the following things from his speech:
1.Will power is the only one that drives us towards our goal.
2.Situational awareness happens when you are completely aware of everything happening around us at all times.
•It is taught in the form of good manners.
3. We may not be worthy of some of the opportunities we get, but we just need to grab it.
4. We should know the profession in which we pursue & excel in it to such an extent that we think,dream,sleep,eat,breathe that particular job.
5. In our free time we need to do research in youtube & find out different ways to mould ourselves in a better way.
This should be done with passion otherwise know that you are doing something which is not lord has made you to achieve glory.

First of all,speech was really nice.i like madhavan sir and i saw his movie 'savyasachi'.He played villain role in that movie.His acting was simply super.He is not only a good actor but also a good human being.In his speech given above i conclude that "Practice and Opportunity related to each other,they both meet at single point very rarely".I like his words''if you practice well but didn't get an opportunity it is useless,and if you get an opportunity but didn't practice well it is also useless''.But they both meet at one point definitely this will happens through situational awareness.Situational awareness is very important at the time of respecting elders,when talking to others,at the time of interview and at many situations.Success comes with practice along with opportunity.Think before you speak,Do before you die.We learn English to communicate with others in a professional way.The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.English is not so important for doctors and other professions but engineers need english to get job.Getting a job is simple thing according to me. if heroes play difficult roles in movies then it becomes huge hits,in a similar way Think big-Dream big to achieve great success.Finally madhavan's speech is motivational and encouraging.

When I get through MR.Madhavan's speech;I do find many solutions to queries which I found in the virtue of life.
One of the most inspiring speech to the present youth of the nation.It is not only a speech of words but the words which may transform many students.According to me , this speech give a moral support and confidence to many people who are capable , but unable to express themselves . The importance of opportunities and preparation towards the journey of life is clearly mentioned; that one has to recognize the right opportunity at the right time because the time gets move on it doesn't wait for the none , so finding a right opportunity in you career makes you great one day.

Great words Mr.Madhavan! U always inspire us. I just thought that I was being very sensitive about others and polite to the extent of being a people-pleaser. I have been practicing this art of situational awareness just didn't know what to call it before you defined it for me. But you have reinforced my belief and conviction towards this attitude.
Judging from the feedback I received, it was not only what you brought, but also the spirit in which you brought it that touched me so deeply.
What I learned about myself from this video can put hardly be put into words I do know that I will walk away from here with a better understanding of myself and a better concept of how to deal with the stress in my life.

After going through Mr.Madhavan's speech I accquainted some of the great principles of the life. His story tells all of us how a common man can transform into a real epitome of success.
Life is uncertain as he said, we must be prepared enough to deal any kind of situation as we are unaware of our future. We don't know what we will be put into. By learning and practicing proper etiquettes we can master our lives.we don't know which skills we need in our future, if we can learn them we come out of colours one day
One should have situational awareness and should know how to respond or deal the situation in the smarter way.Out of his valuable words one thing that stuck me is this, " Success only comes to the person,When right preparation meets right opportunity ". We should never think life is impossible in bad situations. With determination,we can do wonders. A normal person can do his best.
Preparation and opportunity comes when you strongly determine. Though we have prepared well,if we didn't get the opportunity it doesn't have any use. So we should strongly try to do it.
We should have situational awareness. We should know what's happening around us. We should involve in the situation. Then only we can handle the situation.
We get opportunities if we have good manners. Vocabulary skills helps us to get the opportunities.

I have listened to Madhavan's speech and these are the things I found interesting and useful to me.
Firstly,your birthplace,status or the family you come from doesn't matter as long as you have the zeal to succeed and fulfill all your dreams.
Secondly,"success is when the right opportunity meets the right preparation".So make yourself situationally aware.Maintain the synergy.Know what to do in all kinds of situations-how to act,how to speak,how to maintain posture.
Thirdly,your job is the right one for you only if it has your complete and undivided attention and evokes passion in you.If not,then maybe that is not what you he heartfully want.
Lastly,skill is important and so is etiquette but they are correlated.Only by balancing both of those can you achieve your ultimate goal.

After going through this speech,I learnt many more from my favourite actor Mr.R Madhavan.
This is the most inspiring speech to a student.This speech deals with the situational awareness,well manners and etiquette.Success is nothing but the meeting of preparation and opportunity.I learnt that right opportunity and right preparation happens only when we have situational awareness.We should be completely aware of what is going around us.We should behave accordingly.Good manners are very important as they bring opportunities.I learnt that communication with good vocabulary plays a vital role to present ourselves.This line from his speech inspires me a lot "The only way you will survive is if you excel in it".We should think,sleep,dream,eat and breath our particular job.I also learnt one should have passion towards their profession.Everyone should have the customary code of polite behaviour i.e.,etiquette.

When I listened to Madavan's speech I learned some of things which were said by him.Particularly about our career and about profession what we are going to do in our future.
we must know about one thing that nothing in our life is impossible until or unless we tried for that.If any person got succeeded in his/her life some people says that " He is in the right place and right position at that time".But that is exactly not correct.There is a lot of hardwork and they badly want that to happen to get success. Preparation and opportunity comes together if we are aware of situational awareness. which means if we are going to do one particular job we should be aware of things which are around us at all time we should be able to do that.situational awareness is to be taught to us from our childhood onwards in the form of good manners and of being courteous.We should not wait for the opportunities we have to grab them.
If we are doing one particular profession then we have to think,sleep,eat,breath onlyon that particular profession . Which means we have to keep 100% efforts on it.Then only we will lead a good life otherwise we will lead an average and ordinary life.

Some of the main aspects of the speech are....
He started with an obvious point reminding us that we are at the starting stage of achieving our dreams. And we should not feel something is impossible at any point of time in our lives. There's a quote saying "Success happens when right preparation meets right Oppurtunity". And the synergy happens when you want it to happen so badly. Madhavan has got success even though he never had the right preparation. That's because of his situational awareness.
Situational awareness is being aware of everything that goes around you. And it is taught to everyone in their childhood in the name of good manners. Some examples of situational awareness are being aware of helping someone in need around you, greeting the elders and running away from the threats etc..
The vocabulary and communication skills are essential especially for engineering students. And we have to excel in our profession for it is the only way to survive. And Mr. Madhavan is confident enough to applaud himself for his passion and determination towards his profession. We need to get into a position where we can say yes! I've done it.

First, let's ponder on the saying that goes "success is when the right opportunity meets the right preparation". A person needs to be prepared to confront the opportunities that life throws at him likewise opportunities always present itself to the prepared person. A person can't be overly prepared without any opportunity nor possess abundant opportunities without sufficient preparation. So, where does one draw the line? How does one know the right moment or the right synergy for the right opportunity to meet the right preparation? Madhavan helps us out of this predicament by saying that the right synergy happens only when we will for them to meet, only when we want something to happen so badly that no hurdle can stop us from achieving our dreams.
He also says that 'situational awareness' is an important aspect for that synergy to happen. To be perfectly aware of every situation around us is what situational awareness is. As far as i know about madhavan before his speech,I thought he was just a dedicated actor.
But what I thought about him absolutely false.
He is a pertinent speaker and an extraordinary personality in the above speech he says about the unison between opportunity and prepartion.
Although , he says that he had trained his friends only for a few days in that training he helped them to gain skills that how they should introduce themselves and the way they should perform in their interview and the way they should make the interviewers feel that they are the best for that job. Actually this sentence by mr Madhavan
"We may not be worthy of some of the opportunities we get, but we just need to grab it." means a lot. This was the actual thing which madhavan actually explained his friends.
Another sentence "if you practice well but didn't get an opportunity it is useless,and if you get an opportunity but didn't practice well it is also useless", using this sentence he explains about "self awareness " he says that one must be prepared full fledgedly for the situation that strikes in your life , only prepartion just dont manner the way you present your prepartion manners . He gave an example of himself too that he doesn't waste time he always tried to be the best of him.
One of his provoking quote says " Success is the intersection of opportunity and prepartion ". This makes one think and the necessity to be prepared for the situation and act according to it.
I sum up that his way of giving speech is quite unique,his way of using words are quite awful.

I would like to start by saying that I don’t totally agree with Mr.Madhavan.Before citing the reason for my above statement, I would like to talk through the crux of the speech.Mr.Madhavan higlights the importance of some of the basic things that is mandatory in ones life irrespective of academics.Everyone talks about good manners but the way Mr. Madhavan explained is really enlightening.He articulates some of his personal experiences which makes his speech more effective.He talks how small things like the way one carries oneself,confidence,communication skills which are often thought to be trivial, are highly cardinal in shaping ones future.
